About Me

I have worked as a People and Leadership Development leader for 15+ years, allowing me to bring a practical, first-hand business lens to my coaching. Most recently, I was an HR Vice President at Salesforce, serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, and global Marketing and Product Management leadership teams. I have also led complex organizational development solutions within Gap Inc., Piperlime, Bank of America, and Citigroup. These roles have given me the opportunity to coach leaders across industries and in all phases of their careers - from individual contributors to team leaders and GMs to founders and C-Suite executives.

My background includes an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Emory University. I am an ICF certified coach, and have completed professional coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute and Center for Creative Leadership. A lifelong learner and human behavior nerd, I have studied Positive Intelligence, The Birkman Method, and StrengthsFinder, and bring those philosophies into my practice.

My most demanding training has been in raising 2 small humans who constantly teach and re-teach me to be present, patient, and how to carve time out for the things that make my heart sing. I live in the California Bay Area, and even though I now tend to a semi-legitimate vegetable garden, I still consider myself a New Yorker at heart.
